No. Lists, templates, and recent selections are stored locally on your device.

How do I delete a saved roulette?
Long-press a saved roulette on Home to enter edit mode, then delete it. You can also delete saved lists from the Manual area.

How do I share a roulette?
Use the share button on custom roulettes to export a local file through the iOS share sheet, including AirDrop.
